ReadAutocase for Buildings recently added risk ranges for our Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA).
We do our best to make Triple Bottom Line Cost Benefit Analysis (TBL-CBA) of your building designs as easy as possible. So we put in defaults wherever we can so you don’t have to.
We’ve added Open Space as a project goal for your building project. If your design includes green space that allows for recreational activities, Autocase will calculate the benefits to the building occupants and/or the broader community. Activities include walking, picnicking, and various sports and other recreational activities.
