The workshop theme is “Better Transportation and Environmental Outcomes through Effective Partnerships”. This workshop is offered by the TRB Committee on Environmental Analysis in Transportation (ADC10). The San Diego Association of Governments and Caltrans are this year’s hosts. The workshop is for transportation, planning and environmental professionals and will focus on such topics as: Freight Mobility in the Urban Setting; Developing Productive Partnerships; Transportation and Environmental Planning at International Borders; Overcoming Opposition to Projects; Ecological at Work in Long-term Mitigation; Effective Nontraditional Partnerships; Why We Need to Document Health Benefits and Transportation Linkages; Sustainable Transportation; Reaching People-Successful Public Involvement; Environmental Justice.
